Purchase terms

DemoDirector 30-day Premium pass: US$3.99 total for 720 hours for the confirmed SteamID64. One payment, no automatic renewal. A first monthly pass starts at verified payment success even if an old seven-day pass remains; another monthly purchase adds 720 hours after current monthly coverage. Each extension is a separate purchase. Unlimited service videos subject to validation and temporary capacity limits. One service video includes a team video and personal highlight. Premium permits unlimited supported videos without a name requirement. Manual uploads must finish reaching our server during coverage; validation and queueing may finish later. Automatic production covers supported matches completed during coverage, including delayed discovery and download. Automatic production requires a saved Steam profile and explicit enablement, follows your saved limit, and requires validated history codes for Premier. Free: ten lifetime starter videos per SteamID64, then unlimited promotional videos with csdirector.com (case-insensitive) in that player's qualifying name. Premier and other in-game-name demos use the name recorded at match end; other supported demos use the current official Steam name at acceptance. Eligibility is checked for each source. Premium and promotional videos preserve starters. Normal validation, duplicate protection and temporary capacity limits apply. Videos are public by default; verified Steam owners can unlist them. Both outputs remain available for 90 days after delivery is complete. Source demos become eligible for deletion after all required outputs finish; pending covered work keeps its source. Expected delivery without a queue is 2–12 hours after validation. Upload only material you may provide for processing and publication, including recorded voices.

Full refund on request through the end of the fourteenth calendar day after payment in Europe/Oslo, even after using the pass. Each purchase has its own deadline. Fresh verification of that purchase's email is required for automatic refunds. Refunds return to the original payment source, without a fee. Only the refunded purchase's remaining coverage is removed; other purchases keep their allocated intervals. Already accepted work may finish, including work awaiting a render PC. Refunds do not restore starter usage or automatic counts. Outages do not automatically extend passes; contact support for an individually reviewed, recorded time adjustment. Applicable statutory rights remain.

Free videos and automatic requests

Each SteamID64 gets ten lifetime starter videos, counting any already used. Unlimited promotional videos require csdirector.com, matched case-insensitively, in the selected player's qualifying name. Premier and other in-game-name demos use the name at match completion; other supported demos use the current official Steam name. Premium and promotional videos preserve starters.

Automatic videos are off until you enable them for your Steam profile. Premier additionally requires validated match-history codes. Your existing pass or free eligibility is used; automatic production never starts a purchase. A limit of 0 means unlimited; a positive limit counts each admitted demo once and turns the run off when reached. Failed work and refunds do not restore that count or a consumed starter video.

Upload only demos that you are entitled to provide for processing and publication, including recorded voices. Match history links do not grant rights to recordings. Earlier purchases retain their saved contracts.

Available billing countries are listed in the purchase forms. Charges use USD; your bank may apply conversion fees. The 14-day refund policy is additional to mandatory consumer rights, including any remedies for faulty or undelivered services beyond that period. Contact support to exercise those rights.
