Delivery and refunds

Each order covers one team video and one personal highlight. With no production queue, videos are expected in 2–12 hours after the validated demo is available. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. My videos and your purchase page show each output’s actual progress.

The 30-day Premium pass costs US$3.99 total for 720 hours with no automatic renewal. Another monthly purchase adds 720 hours after active monthly coverage. Each extension is a separate purchase. Request an unconditional full refund through the end of the fourteenth calendar day after payment in Europe/Oslo, even after using all of the pass. Your private purchase page shows the exact deadline.

Confirm through the purchase email button or request a code on the page. Opening a link alone never submits a refund. Timely claims keep their original request time through verification delays. Eligible refunds return automatically to the original payment source without a fee; bank processing can take additional time. Contact support if you cannot access the email.

Confirmed full repayment removes the refunded purchase's unused coverage. Pending repayment does not revoke it. Other stacked purchases keep their allocated intervals. All already accepted pass-funded videos may finish, including work awaiting a render PC. Refunds do not restore starter allowances or automatic counts. Outages do not automatically extend passes; support can review and record a manual time adjustment.

Manual uploads may be from any match date and must finish reaching our server during coverage. Automatic matches must finish during coverage; their demo may become available or be downloaded later. Setup and automatic limits still apply.

Source demos become eligible for deletion after all required outputs finish; shared active work and covered pending intake keep their required source. Finished videos remain available for 90 days after both outputs arrive. Duplicate requests do not restart those clocks. Historical contracts and statutory rights remain unaffected.
